My business philosophy:

Purchasing or selling a home is a huge deal! It can be a complicated and stressfull process. It's my job as your real estate professional to make that process as easy as possible - while negotiating the best price and terms for you.

I believe that passion, wisdom, integrity and hard work are ingredients for success in any business. I am passionate about helping my clients meet their housing needs and investment goals. Leading you down the best path towards buying or selling comes from years of experience. I will treat you the way I would want to be treated and I'll work hard to make sure your objectives are met!

My extracurricular activities:

I enjoy most spending time with my family; my wife Tammy and my sons Kyle & Caleb. I also enjoy anything that has to do with the outdoors and fitness. In 2006 I ran my first marathon, the Catalina Marathon. An article I recently read calls outdoor exercise "Adventure Fitness". I like that definition. Last, I teach Sunday School at New Life Community Church in Oxnard. It's probably more fun for me than for the kids!
